A large rectangled shawl with elements that originate from Wedding Shawls in the Shetland museum. I picked those that were my favorites, back then and still now.
The shawl starts with the border and the centre pattern knitted upwards, then put on hold. You work another border and graft it onto the centre pattern. The edge is knitted on, clockwise.
There are clear instructions and charts, but NO written rows.
